BestFoxCall Ltd is a UK company, with an agent in South Africa who despatches orders from stock held in South Africa and answers queries.

1. Shipping.
Wherever possible, we aim to ship your Best Predator Caller the next BUSINESS day after your order is placed. Your order is sent via SAPS for mouth callers in South Africa and delivery is within. For countries outside South Africa your order is via Postnet

Only Exceptions are:
• The ICOtec GC500/GC350/GC300 is sent by Postnet to Postnet. The aim is that it will arrive 2 days after it has been posted.
• Your ICOtec order requires a signature on delivery

2. Cooling Off Period
We hope you will be fully satisfied with any product you have purchased from the Best Predator Call website. But in the unlikely event you change your mind you are entitled to cancel without reason and without penalty any transaction for the supply of goods within seven days after the date of the receipt of the goods.

3. Returns Policy & Procedure
We hope you will be fully satisfied with any product you have purchased from the Best Predator Call website. But in the unlikely event there is a problem and it may be necessary to return the product to us then please follow these instructions:

SAYING YOU WISH TO RETURN THE ITEM AND EXPLAIN WHY. ONCE YOU HAVE DONE THAT YOU WILL BE GIVEN A SOUTH AFRICAN ADDRESS TO WHICH YOU CAN RETURN YOUR ORDER.

For refunds and exchanges: We will provide a full refund/exchange for Best Predator Call Mouth Calls as long as your returned item meets with the following criteria:

  • We will only refund/exchange Best Predator Call Mouth Calls in unopened packages as opened packages imply the mouth caller has been used and cannot be resold for health purposes. Therefore we will NOT refund or exchange on Best Predator Caller returns if they have been used or the package opened.
    Remember : We will only refund/exchange Best Predator Call Mouth Calls in unopened packages as opened packages
  • We will ONLY refund/exchange ICOtec Predator Callers that have been returned in the original packaging and with all instructions and leads etc., that was sent with it in the first place.
  • All returned Best Predator Call Calls must be accompanied by your name, address, email address and reason for return. We will not accept items marked ‘POSTAGE DUE’. We will NOT refund the returns postage
  • The returned item is your responsibility until it reaches us. You should return any product to us to the address given with suitable insurance based on the value of the product. This means that the full value may be recovered by you if the product is lost or damaged. You should retain any receipt confirming the return. If returned products are lost we will not accept liability for them.
  • Goods will only be accepted for return if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.
  • You will be responsible for the charges incurred in returning an item to us unless we agree to reimburse you elsewhere in these terms.
  • Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.
  • You, the Customer, is solely responsible for inspecting the product upon delivery. You must contact Best Predator Call should you wish to inform us of damaged, defective or missing goods and/or delivery discrepancies within 48 hours of your delivery being made.   • Where applicable we will issue a refund or replacement, whichever you prefer. This will be done as soon as possible after the Returned goods have been received by Best Predator Call and processed to ensure a refund or replacement is required. A refund or replacement will not be issued until we have received the goods back in their original or delivered state.

4. Damaged, Defective or Faulty goods.
Before returning any goods please read our Returns Policy. Please note:

  • Any product supplied to you must be used for its intended purpose and not be subject to abuse or unreasonable usage. Damage to goods in postage can be claimed from the carrier’s insurance.
  • Best Fox Call or our Best Predator Call authorised agent will repair or replace any product that has failed in normal usage and will reimburse the costs of returning the goods to us, and subsequently retuning the goods to you, as long as the product has been used as intended and does not, on examination, display any signs of misuse.
  • If the product does display signs of misuse, then you will be responsible to pay our costs and expenses of examining the goods and subsequently, if you instruct us to, returning the goods to you.

5. ICOtec Warranty
Your ICOtec products are warranted to be free of material defects and workmanship for 1 year from the date of purchase. In the event of a defect under this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or replace the product, provided that you return the product postage prepaid. This warranty does not cover damages caused by misuse, improper handling, installation or maintenance provided by someone other than an authorised service contractor. The items listed below must accompany any return made under this warranty:

a. Name and Address
b. An explanation of the defect
c. Proof of purchase with date of purchase
d. Product should be well packed in a sturdy shipping carton and sent, subject to the criteria listed under the Returns Policy (see above),

6. Discount Coupons and Discount Codes
Discount coupons and codes are discretionary, provided by Best Predator Call as a gesture of goodwill and are for use one time only. Only one discount coupon/code can be used per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion/discount code/coupon. Discount codes/Coupons have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Best Predator Call reserve the right to change the Terms and Conditions under which discount coupons/codes are issued at any time.

7. Duties outside of South Africa
Your package may be subject to customs tax once it arrives in your country. These extra charges are forms of tax that are not included with Best Predator Call prices or our shipping charge. They will be collected from you directly when the packages is delivered, and it will be your responsibility to complete the payment in order to receive your order. As the customs office applies the customs charges randomly on arriving parcels, we are not able to predict or control it on our end.

8. Miscellaneous Terms & Conditions

  • The use of this site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions as at the date of your first use.
  • You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner, which does not infringe the rights of Best Fox Call or any third party or the use and enjoyment of the site by any third party.
  • Best Fox Call shall in no event be liable for any damages including, without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, whatsoever arising from or in connection with the use or loss of use of the site, or any content on the site.
  • Best Fox Call can change these Terms and Conditions at any time by posting changes online. Your continued use of this site after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
  • Best Fox Call does not guarantee that the site’s facilities and functions will be free from error or uninterrupted, that the site or the server that makes it available to you are free of viruses or bugs, that defects will be corrected, or that the content on the site is accurate or complete.
  • Best Fox Call takes no responsibility for the content of external Internet Sites linked to or cited on this site.
  • Any communication or material (including without limitation any data, questions, comments and suggestions) that you transmit to, or post on any public area of this site (including without limitation chatrooms, forum, bulletin boards), will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary information unless otherwise stated by Best Fox Call We reserve the right to remove without notice any material posted in any public area of the site.
